• Extremely detailed artwork of the triforce is printed right onto the casing and reflects as if it’s made of solid gold. Not only that, but holding an entirely gold Zelda themed DS feels like a dream. The dual screen is gorgeous and makes me feel guilty for even leaving a fingerprint on it. As I open it, the clicks of the hinges paired with the smooth feeling of the casing is euphoric. As someone who has owned a similar specially branded DS as a kid, this brings back a lot of comfort and memories. 
The graphics definitely hold up, and the colors are vibrant. The front and back cameras are in working condition. I particularly like how the stylus feels almost magnetic when using it on the display, it feels as if it stabilizes itself.
One common complaint about this is that the SD card is a bit difficult to access, being behind the backplate.
